My name is Mike Calamari and I am the Family Service Counselor and Cemetery Consultant for R. Lee Williams & Son Funeral Home & Crematory. We are a family owned business serving Pinellas County since 1958.

My background is with Corporate owned Funeral Homes & Cemeteries. Most of my twenty two years in this industry has been involved with sales, marketing and Family Services Departments. During these past years I have come across a countless number of families that for one reason or another wish to sell their Cemetery property. Most Cemeteries will not buyback  property once sold to a family. As an employee of the Corporation I was not able to help a family sell their property because this would be determined a conflict of interest and I would have been dismissed by the Company. This left the family few good options. They could advertise in the paper, gets costly but is successful on occasion. Give it to a charitable organization or hold on to it passing it down to their heirs in a will.

Cemetery Connections Inc. A Cemetery Property listing service has come about not only to help families sell their unwanted Cemetery Property but to help our client families that need to purchase property. Our advantage is that we see families every day that have experienced a loss or are coming in to make arrangements in advance. In either case a good percentage of these families have no Cemetery Property. We can offer them far better prices for resale property, compared to the Cemetery’s inflated prices.

We market, show and sell the property for you. We handle all the paperwork between the purchaser or the seller and the Cemetery. There is a one time non refundable registration & inspection fee of $50.00. I only receive a commission on the selling price when the property is sold. The other side of this process is our Funeral Home Clients Families benefit because they are not paying the greatly inflated prices the Cemeteries Charge.
